Street Sighting ~ Nissan 200SX

I was cruising back from my local mechanic when I spied bright red in the absolute corner of my vision. Hooked a right and did a lap back to see what had caught my attention.

I pulled over to take the mandatory photos, proof of sighting. Normally I would just put one or two photos on my Instagram story, where it would likely annoy my friends & family to see how I spend my time.

But now I have this blog, and a non-existent reader base so I thought I would take the opportunity to document my sightings better, and maybe type up some thoughts/opinions on what I encounter.

So without further ado, let me tell you what I think about this S14 kouki 200SX...

I can't be sure if it's Nissan aztec red, but going off the Z32 my girlfriends grandpa owns it's very likely. Overall the paint, and car was in very good condition. It falls into my favourite classification, survivor spec. It wasn't perfect but that just makes it more real in person.

I know in the s-chassis world there's probably a tier list that has all the answers as to which is best looking. But for me, I somehow prefer the zenki front end. And yes, I am aware I have some sort of illness, because the same issue takes place with Impreza styling, but let's leave that for now.

Easily, my favourite part of spotting this car is getting to see these SSR Professor SP5 wheels in the flesh. For an S14 they are an on point choice of wheel, a great balance of class and performance. Gentleman and gangster in one.

To wrap up the RUF.200 I'll leave you with this. If the car was mine, I'd cruise the streets listening to Pretty Green Eyes (Sunset Ibiza Mix) by S14 owner himself Kettama.
